The instax mini25 i bought had some defects and had to be sent back to japan. jessica met up with me to check on it and even gave me some bubblewrap to put the cam in for me to send to japan! oh ya, i lost the warranty card too and she even mailed me her own! This is a very reliable and pleasant site! The seller is just great, friendly and a very pleasant seller to buy from! (: Jessica is suupper sweet and replies all your mails very fast! She gives all the information you need and want to know. She sends the package very fast thus you absolutely don’t have to wait long until you receive the package. Everything is also wrapped up firmly in bubblepaper so you receive everything in a perfect state.

Jessica response emails at lightning speed and gives clear instructions. She’s very friendly and accommodating as well. My sis in AU wanted a set when she knew i was going over. Browsed internet and found Jessica’s site which is like an amazing 1-stop shop with very competitive prices to boot! Emailed her on Saturday to ask about the set and she kindly asked if i needed films. Finally arranged to meet her on monday for my items but got delayed due to taking a wrong turn and traffic jams and ended up 20mins late. But she was waiting patiently and all smiley still when I turned up.
